Anytime a couple start a relationship there is the unknown that can scare people. An unknown that I hear among teens is, "how do I know that this is going to last"? That is an unknown that if a person of any age knew would help a lot of people out. When you dating as a teen one of the best things to know is that if it doesnt work out that its not the end of the world. There are also things about the person that you are dating that after a while you may find annoying and not like. After you get to know them you may decide you want to break up. Thats okay! After that you may think you want to date other people realize that you really miss the person you broke up with and want to date them again. That is apart of life, it is called trial and error. Sometimes you are fortunate and that person wants to get back with you and sometimes that person has decided they would prefer to just move on. The reason that this happens to some teens or some teens go through this moment in their lives of being indecisive is because they are. They are at a cross roads of figuring out what they want and dont want. They also may be figuring out their likes and dislikes about themselves and other people. All in all no matter if you break up with a person or that person breaks up with you; relationships are a choice. Make sure that you are not being mistreated and that you are not mistreating others and your growing pains will be over sooner than you think.
